"A recent intelligence assessment obtained by The Associated Press says small boats are "likely to remain al-Qaida's weapon of choice in the maritime environment." No s**t? I thought they are gonna ride a camel across lake st clair and detroit river? Way to justify that multi-trillion dollar defence budget fellas. Nice one for sure.
