I truly believe that this will be one of the best runs in recent years. We got a lot of rain in West Michigan late summer into early Fall. That brought the water levels up and will make for a great run. This is what I call the transitional week. This is the week when the river makes the transition from a summer look to a fall look. My absolute favorite time on the Muskegon River. There is nothing like pulling in a trophy trout of big steelhead on light line and an extra long rod. I love!
