The list at the link below is fresh from Channel 7 investigators and was passed down to fleet managers in many metro municipalities. All the stations on the list got nailed giving you less than a gallon per gallon paid!!!  I usually don't engage in propoganda. But with so many stations ending up on this list and gas prices being what they are, I think everybody should have a copy fo this list and forward it to all of your friends and family:
