I am a former pack to pack and a half a day smoker of 15 years. After trying and failing so many times I finally found my "magic bullet". It was chantix, a new drug by pheizer. Although a tid bit expensive it was well worth it.
Side effects were minimal, and I am absolutely amazed that even after being hopelessly hooked like i was, i made it and actually quit. Looking forward to your stories...
