I love it when the government stops telling us where to piss and how to hold it. It's about time the responsibility is placed with the parents, as that's where that responsibility should have been to begin with!

I think its a pretty good idea.
I hunted at a very early age on our farms in PA. Long before I was able to get a hunting license.
Parents most of the time know best.
