The above article and photo was in my local paper today (Nov 23, 2005).

I sure hope they catch this *******. Gives all us honest sportsman a bad name.

Yep,  I believe that is a 5 x 5
I think the eyeguards are not visable in this photo.
Picture is consentrating on the arrow stuck in the hindquarter.
That buck is a fine animal.
By-the-way its a blacktail deer.
Washington state has Blacktail deer on the western side of the mountians and in the eastern part of the state we have Whitetail and Muledeer.

UPDATE !

I friend told me tonight that the other newspaper printed that the police and game wardens have two suspects. No arrests yet.

A father and son from a nearby town.
Partners in crime!
That sure is teaching by example!
