As the temps. rise and the activity level on all of Indiana's waterways increase, it might be a good time to check out any new Rules and Regs. for boating over that the Indiana DNR.
Indiana Boating Regs.
I know that I have a tournament on Monroe 3/19 and that means screaming bassboats all over the place. And as the weather warms that means, jet ski's, tubes, skiers and lot's of other boats. Be careful and know your Regs.

Most fishermen sit at home in the winter, thinking about fishing. Real fishermen go out and do it.

It's a big point of discussion every year. Should we or shouldn't we. How much does it effect spawn to catch bass early in the year. Etc. Etc.
I would like to hear everyone's opinion on the subject.

I don't think it makes a differance. Catching them makes them stronger, faster, better. They did a study on 6 lakes here in Mich. and conclude it doesn't hurt the population, thus now we have C/R.
