I have a new unit in my boat.

I was hoping the transducer was the problem but it was not, so got a new up to date unit.

The nrew transwer I got for my old unit did not fix the problem. The unit itself was gone.

This transducer works with Hunninbirds.
It's a HXS-6-32 High Speed 32 degrees

It's not compatible with my new unit that has not only down looking but side looking sonar also.

Anyone need this its yours, just pay postage.

What a nice gesture Bullhunter.  On your new unit does it work good when your going fast?

That is one heck of a nice offer.  I'd take ya up on it if I had somewhere to put it.

Most fishermen sit at home in the winter, thinking about fishing.  Real fishermen go out and do it.

It works great at slow to mid speeds.
Above 50% power it will pick up some static but I can take that out by turning down the sensistivity.

What I love about it is that I can see whats under the boat and to the right and left.

It will also display my GPS with a adaptor cable if I want to do that.

Humminbird stopped making the Matrix37 and its now the 737c I beleive.

I'm pleased with it.

The reason I asked that is because, if you tweak the transducer in a bit it will read better at higher speeds captain.

Because, the signal has to bounce back off the bottom the faster you go if the transducer isn't positioned right you lose the signal. So if it's tilted just a bit forward your able to capture the bounce back better thus registering a better signal.

OH, that sound reasonable.
Maybe I'll give it a try.
Thanks.
