Launched in Windsor at 5:30. Jigs in water 5:45. First fish in the boat 5:46.  Picked up 3 man limit by 7:30 and decided to go for gold. So headed to Canadian side of Peche. Made one long drift and picked up one more fish. We all said srew it and called it a night. Water clarity was perfect for Wally. A little stained right into a nice solid mud-line. That's where we picked up all our fish tonite. Some had some nice size to them too. Used my standard blue/white jig-heads with Salt & Pepper Silver shad and Monkeypuke FinS minnows. They are still in everywhere and gonna be crazy action after the warmer temps this weekend. It's gonna be another banner year everyone!!! 

We ended up with 2 each. 1 on the 1st drift, 1 on the 2nd drift, & 2 on the 3rd drift. Moved into shallower water after that & was marking tons of fish but they were hitting short. I missed about a half dozen & my buddy missed a few as well.

I got mine on white jig with a black/white Gulp minnow & my buddy got 1 on chartruse jig with a 4" pumkin straight tail worm & the other on a gulp minnow.

The waves out there made it hard to keep the boat on track. Going to have to get a new main motor or a kicker. The bow mount was coming out of the water too much.

Get that motor prblem solved Zib! And keep at it!  there is alot of season left.
