Launched at Chewitt Park right at the Ambassador Bridge at 5:30pm. Shot down to the Salt Mines hoping for clean water but no such luck. Shot back up to the Ren. Cen. Everyone was hugging the shoreline pretty tight but Mike and I decided to fish the middle of the river where we did well a few day's ago. Paid off big time. Probably didn't drop a line in the water till close to 6 and had 2 man Canadian Limit by 7:15.  My standard weapons were the ticket once again. Didn't see anyone close to shore catching too much. But we were kinda busy to really watch them.  There were a bunch of boats there when we started, but everybody kept taking off up-river. We were pulling up double headers out in the middle.

Nice going. Just post tomarrows report now. lol Your the only one I know who could give a report before going fishing and be accurate. (besides me lol)

Good job Derek. 

I got the Happy Crappie in last night and it's ready for the weekend. The new 150 E-Tec is so quiet and lots of power. 

Going to try for Perch at St-Lukes. The report is 10 to 14 inchers in 12 to 14 ft of water, off the XE2 marker (which isn't in yet) and they are spawned out.The water was 50 deg last evening and clearing up nice and blue.

I plan on fishing that area Sunday morning. I'll be going it alone since this guy I was suppose to fish with has to stay home & help his wife in the yard. Better for me anyway since I don't have to worry about the other guy snagging my line like my noob buddy did on Tuesday night.
