I fished for 3 hours all over by the Delphine. Caught zero. Swung back accross to my side to hit the Sturgeon Hole, caught zero. Water was nice and clean in both spots last night, 37 degrees. Washed about 25 different lures. Went back to see if the morning bite would be on but it wasn't. Fished from 7am till almost 10, caught zero. 3 other boat at the hole, one guy jigging, didn't see or hear of anyone catching anything. The one boat shot over from the US side only hung around an hour and he was outa there. It was still clean enough to fish this morning, but winds have kicked up considerably since last night. Oh well. It's the middle of January and I've been fishing on the boat 3 days in the last week. Fish would have just been a bonus.

Nice try, most eyes are deep. Did you try the absolute corners of where the del meets the channel? Thanks for the report Castmaster 5000

I tried everywhere h2o! Fished as shallow as 9feet, and as deep as 43 feet. Either the weather shut em down and they're asleep, or they are just no there. If I egt out again in the near future, it will be way downriver close to Erie.

The only thing you'll have to lose is a few jigs.
