In regards to GLF store... I have it all set up and ready to go, all i need is some distributors/wholesellers willing to dropship and who have reasonable prices. Once I have a supplier, just need to load up the products. that would be a great way for the foundation to make money and offer a service. The way i see it, if even 30% of profits are donated to GLF thats our picnic money, outing money, GLF tournament money etc. If anyone kno of any good suppliers, resellers etc, PM me

Not being more than a social drinker myself doesn't matter to me if the park allows brown bottle pops...but I really don't do the drinking and boat driving thing..Now thats just me and I ain't passin judgement and I ain't no prude lmao!!
Far as the $$$ thing that ain't a bad deal...plus everbody bring a side dish/dessert and its a done deal me thinks!

I totally agree Snagdude. metro park is probably a beter location anywas, it is much easier to access for you guys in the CA. kent lake is a 40+ minute drive from dowtown detroit. Metro is about 15-20 max, also easily accessible by boat.

The thing about boats is that will divide us. We should just go off shore fishing. I for one would rather chill with my GLF brothers, than have half of us out on boats most of the time. But that's me. What ever happens it will be a blast. I have maybe 2 beers a year so booze isn't a issue with me. Kent lake is located N. off I-96 exit Milford or Kensington. Just bring what you want, should cost just what they take to get in the park. There's barbecue grills there. I could find out if we have to reserve a area.

I'm with h2o on this one...maybe setup a on-shore fishin contest...No species specific just biggest and mostest fishes caught!!That way everyone can sit back and just BS about anything and everything. LoL...40 minute drive or 2 hour drive no matter....I'm for havin the fun of it!
