Myself & SheepHeadHunter headed up to the U.P. Thursday night to finally get out for gun season. Needless to say we got skunked but I seen more deer up there than I ever have. Usually Todd is the one that sees all the deer but this time it was my turn. 

Plenty of does with fawns (90% were button bucks  ). Seen some bucks as well but no shooters.

Last time up we drove home in a blizzard & this time we drove up in one. Plus coming home this time we hit snow from Saginaw south.  To top things off I lost my wife's camera somewhere between home when I left & when we arrived.  If things couldn't get any worse, Todd's trail cam's memory card with 150+ pictures on it got reformatted when it was put into another camera. Now we'll never know if that 8-pointer survived the gun season.

Last year me & Todd missed the final morning hunt because we where too hung over to make it. After that we said never again will we get fit shaced the night before our last hunt. Well some people never learn. I made the morning hunt but Todd had a date with the porcelain goddess.  It was a fun night at The Tally Ho but next year we will avoid going there. Plus I almost had to get into a bar fight & I would have been the one throwing the first punch. 

My next hunt will be for X-mas presents. It should be an interesting hunt since I have no money to hunt with. 

Glad you guys got to get out. We are hoping to go up to our place next weekend. Might as well do it now before gas prices go through the roof again.

Ah, the ole Tally Ho. Been there a few times myself. Next year try the Whitefish Inn across the street. What did you do to almost start a bruhaha?   Do you have some land up there, Zib?

I don't meet the minimum age requirement to go into the White Fish Inn. It's like a morgue in that place. After 10:00 on a Saturday night the Tally Ho is hopp'n.

Some FAG tried to grab my dick. I think I broke his finger when I bent it back. The guy was a local business owner so if I did get in a fight I would of had his 4 drunk friends to tend with but I wasn't worried about them.
