Forum set up and ready to go, now just get all of your buddies to join up

Hi everyone, (sent this email out today, 06-17-09, below:)
  We need to get together for electing officials and board members for our Michigan
Crossbow group. I'm thinking sometime this month within the next couple of weeks or July
sometime and maybe at Gander Mountain in Lansing, MI, would have to check their
open times in the Cabin Room.
 Dennis emailed me and told me his wife can help us get our group incorporated so we
won't be needing very much in the way of funds. I believe Dennis said it would cost us
$60.00 to file for the incorporation fee. We will also need someone to come up with some
kind of draft for our goals and our purpose for our crossbow group as Jeff mentioned in his
email to me. Maybe someone that is good at that can ruff draft a copy before the meeting
and then we can make any changes at the meeting.
  Please let me know dates and times that would be good for a meeting and then I can go from there.

This letter went out this morning. This Michigan Crossbow group,
(no official name yet), will be for the whole State of Michigan. If you
would like to join in the future get in contact with me.

Tom, how about the "Great Lakes Crossbow Association"? That way you can expand to other nearby states as well...
