I got out on the kankakee river yesterday and had a blast with the largemouth!!! Boy I love that top water hit!!!  ':O'

15" and my scale said 2lb 11oz but it looked bigger to me. I think I need to check my scale  LOL!!! Here's another one that I caught too! I caught 8 fish and these were the two bigger ones. Awesome day!

Those boats are great I love fishing in my 12 flat bottom... I see you were fishing alone by the picture, awesome fish and a great first post. Tell us more,, how many fish did you catch, what was the water temp?
