Looking for cheap or free boating stuff
« on: March 05, 2009, 11:20:46 am »

Here's a list of things I am looking for (inexpensive) for our boat. If anyone has any of the items lying around, please let me know what you want for them.

I need a fish finder with transducer, anything that shows the depth Smiley

A ship to shore radio

a VHF antenna

an FM radio

Engine coupler for 4.3 Litre mercruiser

Bildge ventilation covers (12-14'')

Bilge blower flex hoses

Thanks in advance.

I have an old Eagle fish finder (actually 2) but I'm not sure if they work. You can have them but you'll need to drive to Dearborn to get them.  Grin

Andy, If Zib lives somewhere close to Scott, he might be able to drop those fishfinders off at his house. Beth is off all day tomorrow (Friday). Ask both of them (Zib and Scott) and see if you can save yourself a trip. I am certain Scott won't mind. It is Zib that needs to be persuaded to deliver them. Can't hurt to ask.
