i was just at my cottage on lake michigan and that storm system sure churned up that lake, its clear but its cold. i'm sure that means the water is hard to navigate for u big lake fishers and unpredictable for the pier fishers. good luck. bass up by TC are laying up pretty deep as usual for this time of year but because of all the rain expect to find some lunkers up in the flooded parts of lakes. just bc water might be murky remember to not over do your attracting aspects (high vis colors, rattles, blades.ect...) just fish it slightly more aggressive but unless u r sitting at dawn or dusk keep things pretty simple even though it can be hard when it doesnt seem like a fish could find it. have fun out there for the weekend!

I've always said keep it simple. Less things can go wrong that way.

Same here, the more it looks like real baitfish or aquatic life, better are your chances of getting fish to bite into it. Besides, scents make more difference than colors if you ask me.
