Took the wife out yesterday for a little boating/tanning/fishing run. She was tanning, I was fishing and we both were boating

. Had one solid rip at Lottieview in water that was 72 degrees and nothing else there. Talked to a gentleman out there who fared the same. Went (boated) out to Brunners Island, (Grassy) where a 35 to 38 inch pike came to the boat but I lost it trying a Boga landing. No big deal, it was going back anyway. Had another smaller pike on that spit the hook but at least we got a look at it. One more follow and that was all she wrote. Temp out at Grassy was 68. Temp in central Anchor Bay was 70. There was signs of a fish fly hatch from the night before off of Lottieview. The bigger pike came on a Hi Fin bucktail. The smaller on a BlueFox Vibrax muskie tandem. The follow on a Red Eye.
