I got the letter from the DNR today with the info regarding the tagged smallmouth that I caught this past Saturday (9/27/08).

The DNR tagged the fish on 5/9/07 & it was a 19" female. 507 days later when I caught her she was 19 1/8". Looks like their growth rate slows down as they get up in age. She was 3 Lbs, 12 oz on my digital Rapala scale.

Mine caught in the same area, was tagged 05/11/2007 it was 16 inch's and when I caught it 471 days later it was 17 1/2 Tag # 13141.  Caught 08/24/2008.

What was your tag #? Also I'm sure they round the length off. So don't be mis-led.
