Advice for buying Garmin Fish Finder
« on: June 09, 2009, 01:15:41 pm »

I'm thinking of upgrading my fishing boat from a Eagle Fish ID 128 to a
Garmin Fish Finder. Models 140, 160C, 300C, 340C and 400C. Or maybe there's a model I haven't look at.
I fish from a 14' v-bottom boat and have a Minn Kota trolling motor and a
15 hp Mariner Outboard. I fish for old Mr. Walleye, bass, pike and panfish.
I troll, drift and still fish.
Which model would be best, if there is a best that is and why?
I'll be spending between $100-400 or so.
Thanks for your advice!
God bless you!
Tom
