Hello, everyone. I am new to the site. I thought I would start off with my fishing trip to Lansing,MI.

Went to Moore park and fished off the dam Fishing report said catfish were hitting. Well folks I was there for 7 hours did not catch nothing till I was about to leave and then only cought 6inch sunfish and a 10 inch channel. Think I will stick to fishing in Monroe, MI. Driving from Detroit to there is something else. It all starting because I watched Michigan-out-of-doors when they fished the Grand River. They should say you can only get hogs only from boats. If anyone know of a good catfish hole from land please let me know. And thanks for reading.
